DIVERSE MATERIAL GRADES

We work with a wide range of materials, including all commercially available Carbon and Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, and all Petrochemical Grades (B7/B7M/L7/L7M/B8/B16 etc). However, we specialise in Exotic/Nickel Alloy materials, such as INCONEL®, NIMONIC®, HASTELLOY®, MONEL®, 17-4PH, 660A/B/C/D, and Duplex/Super Duplex.

Certification and Documentation

The majority of our parts are supplied with BS EN 10204:3.1 and Original Mill Certification as standard. However, we are qualified to supply much higher levels of documentation upon request, such as BS EN 10204:3.2 Certification (3rd party witnessed), F.A.I.R Packs (inc. AS9102), Bespoke Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans and Life Long Master Record Books. We pride ourselves on the high level of detail and accuracy of our certification and documentation packs.
